Delete your data

TurboProc Scope does not require an account — there is no sign-up, no login, and no profile to delete. Your data lives in two places, and you can remove both at any time, no questions asked.
1. Data on your device (your recordings and analyses)
Session video and the per-step analyses the app produces stay on your device only — they are never on our servers. To remove them:
- Delete individual sessions inside TurboProc Scope, or
- Delete the app itself: press and hold the app icon → Remove App → Delete App. All on-device data goes with it, immediately and permanently.
2. Data on our servers (request deletion by email)
Our servers hold the limited data described in the privacy policy: anything you submitted through our website forms, our email history with you, your subscription lifecycle events from Apple, coarse app-usage events, and the anonymous install/attribution identifiers. To have it deleted, email mktg@turboproc.com with the subject line "Delete my data".
- If we have ever emailed you, send the request from that address so we can locate your records.
- If you only used the app and never gave us your email, the data we hold is identified only by an anonymous install identifier. Say so in your email and we will delete the records linked to your subscription or install based on the details you can provide (for example, your approximate install date and subscription status).
We will confirm the deletion and complete it within 30 days. If you want a copy of your data before we delete it, say so in the same email — we will send a machine-readable export first.
What gets deleted
- Contact details, name, email, company, role, and anything else you submitted through our forms or correspondence.
- Subscription records, your subscription status and the lifecycle events (purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund) we received from Apple, and the app-account token tied to them.
- App-usage events, the coarse product-usage events the app sent us, such as app opens and report creation.
- Install and attribution identifiers, the install identifier and the attribution code that linked your install to the message that referred you.
- Email history, metadata about emails we sent you (timestamps, open events). Email content logs are purged after 30 days on a rolling basis regardless of deletion.
- Any other personal data we hold under the categories described in our privacy policy.
A minimal record (an internal record ID, deletion timestamp, and the legal basis for deletion) is retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. This record does not include your name, email, or any other personally identifying information.
What is not affected
- Your Apple subscription, deleting your data with us does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
- The app on your phone, requesting server-side deletion does not remove the app or its on-device data; see section 1 above.
